The patent number 98 907 537 9 titled " Forskolin for Promoting Lean Body Mass" covers the use of ForsLean, Sabinsa's branded Coleus forskohlii extract as a dietary supplement to promote lean body mass. Use of ForsLean helps in shifting the proportion of body mass in favor of lean body mass, reducing fat tissue and encouraging weight loss.

Sabinsa intends to make the use of the claims in this patent (#98 907 5379), along with the use of the patent number, available to dietary supplement manufacturers and marketers in Europe through a non-exclusive licensing agreement. This patent
