A Ph.D. graduate in Food Science from Rutgers University, Dr. Prakash brings tremendous scientific experience and talent to Sabinsa Corporation.
While a technical writer and researcher at Sabinsa, Dr. Prakash is also heavily involved in numerous projects at Sabinsa R&D, located in Princeton, NJ.
Spending most of her time in the development of new food product formulations, Dr. Prakash is currently developing various instant and snack food products which incorporate various Sabinsa ingredients. These include convenience foods such as an instant yogurt mix containing Lactospore® and a snack cookie mix containing Citrin® .
Dr. Prakash has 12 years combined experience in food technology from Rutgers University, and the University of Bombay where she was department head.
