Sabinsa scientists and invited speakers provided nutraceutical and cosmeceutical industry members with updated information on the company's ingredient research and development, manufacturing capabilitiesand proprietary technology.
Speakers from Sabinsa's scientific team included Dr. Muhammed Majeed, Dr. Vladimir Badmaev, Dr. Lakshmi Prakash, Dr. Kalyanam Nagabhus hanam and Ms. Anju Majeed. In Utah, Madan Mohan Chaturvedi, Ph.D., visiting professor at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas, presented research surrounding the ability of curcuminoids and boswellic acids to inhibit inflammation. In Los Angeles, Michael Godard, Ph.D., highlighted findings from a clinical trialhe spearheaded surrounding Sabinsa’s ForsLean® ingredient, and Milan Fiala, M.D., researcher at the UCLA School of Medicine spoke on the molecular mechanisms of curcuminoids in supporting immune functions and healthy aging.
